Custom High-Top Trainers 👟🔥

• These are custom-built to order and require 30 days for creation, importation, and shipping. Please be patient—good things take time!

Tracked vs. Untracked Shipping

• We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options.
• Untracked orders (Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class) are not covered for refunds or replacements if lost or stolen. Due to a high number of untracked parcels going missing, we strongly recommend using tracked delivery for any order over £10.

Once Your Order Leaves Us...

• The moment your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the courier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• We will always try to help if there’s an issue, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements until we receive official confirmation from the delivery company.
