Returns Policy
At JustSmoke.me Ltd, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns and replacements.
General Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Customers must return items within 30 days of purchase.
Customers pay for their return shipping
Customers are not charged a restocking fee
No refunds on final sale items, unless damaged
Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Opened or used items are not eligible for returns unless specified otherwise.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at headoffice@justsmoke.me with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Exclusions:
Opened or used products, except for faulty or damaged items as detailed below.
Bong Returns
To protect against fraudulent claims, all bongs sold by JustSmoke.me include a security number:
Shine a blue light over the base of your bong to reveal the security number.
The number must match the item being returned.
Bongs without a matching security number will be deemed ineligible for return, as they were not purchased from us.
Returns for bongs will only be accepted if they meet these conditions and are reported within 14 days of receipt.
King Palm Wraps
As our King Palm Wraps are natural leaf products, certain issues may occur during storage or shipping.
Damaged Rolls or Mouldy Packing Sticks:
If you receive a damaged roll or mouldy stick, we will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge.
All we ask is that you provide clear photographs of the damaged product.
Compensation Details:
For individual damaged rolls within a multi-pack (e.g., a 5-piece pack), we will send a 1 or 2-piece replacement of the same flavor.
If you are a reseller and the entire pack is compromised, you may return the full item for a like-for-like replacement.
Exclusions:
Open products cannot be returned due to the one-time-use filter tips.
Customer Support:
If something is wrong, contact us immediately. We will do our best to offer a free replacement within 24 hours.
